Great news, Chiseza offers international shipping services and deliver to over 200 countries. The more of you we can reach the happier we are. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation mail.

How does your delivery system work?

Packages will be shipped via a courier service which is dependant on the size and weight of the product. All packages are tracked and you will receive an email with this information when your order has been shipped. If you have any other questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we are here and committed to do our best to assist you.

How much does shipping cost?

We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping in the United States of America; most states, our Fulfillment Center in California by UPS and USPS.

Other countries that we ship to, all the cost are calculated as per following factors that affect cost, such as weight & dimensions, delivery speed, destination country and packaging type.

Customs

Customs fees are not handled by us so please be aware that when you consent to packages being delivered you may incur custom fees when they arrive.

Local Delivery: Within US and surrounding areas we may offer courier or same-day delivery for certain items.

Standard Shipping: For national orders across United States, expect standard courier service with delivery in 2-5 business days.

International Shipping: All global deliveries are carried by our international courier service partners like DHL, FedEx, UPS, DSV and more.

Returns & Refunds

Cancellations

All orders can be cancelled until they are processed and shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds & Exchange

We care about you and your customer satisfaction so if you need a refund you can request one no matter what. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

If you did not receive the product within guaranteed time (45 days not including 1-3 days processing ) you can request refund or a reshipment.

If you receive the wrong item you can request refund or a reshipment.

If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and applied back onto your payment method within 14 working days.

We also offer an Exchange service if for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for different size in clothing. You must just contact and we will take guide you through the process and steps. Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.

When Returns Might be Refused

If the item was damaged after delivery.

If it’s been used or altered.

if the supplier disclosed defects and you accepted them.

Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. Providing the wrong shipping address).

Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Chiseza (i.e. Not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of :

You can submit refund request within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on contact us page.

If you are experiencing any of the above scenarios, you must report the issue within 14 days of receipt. Otherwise, you agree that the product is deemed and satisfactory.

How do I request a refund, Return, or Exchange?

Handling returns is an essential part of running our business. Chiseza is here to help! We have compile the following steps to make this process transparent and easier.

In the event of a refund, return, or exchange request from customer, contact our Customer Support team via email at support@chiseza.com and include all relevant documents of purchase.

After we have approved the order refund, return, or exchange, the product must be returned to the supplier’s address.

Customer must return the product with a tracking number provided and the item in its original condition.

Once the tracking number has been provided (Or once we have received the return product), a replacement product will be shipped or a refund minus the shipping cost will be credited back to the card or original method of payment.

In order for Chiseza to ship a replacement product or process a refund or incorrect product we require a tracking number for the item returned.
